Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I stayed in the family deluxe room, which was spacious and comfortable. However, the room was dirty and had a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout my 5-day stay. Despite some management discussions, the smell persisted, which was quite unpleasant.
The hotel provided a relaxing stay with airy, nice rooms featuring comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. However, it could benefit from additional plug sockets and bedside lamps for added convenience.
I stayed at this hotel and found that the rooms, although a bit old, were comfortable and clean. However, being on the ground floor meant it was a little dark due to the window facing a wall, limiting natural light and views. The location was great, close to the city and not far from Ankor Wat, with convenient amenities nearby. The dining experience was excellent, offering a good variety suitable for both local and international guests. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
